Volunteer Check-In One person relieves the Volunteer Coordinator by sitting at a table and checks volunteers in when they arrive to work a shift the day before the fair opens (Thursday), during the fair and the day after the fair (Monday July 14). Additionally, three hour shifts are available on the last day of the fair (Sunday) between 11 am and 8 pm.

Set-Up Ten people are needed for six hour shifts on Monday July 7 11AM - 5PM and on Thursday July 10 between 8AM - 6PM to set up tents and other logistics. Requires physical mobility and dexterity.

Take-Down Ten people are needed on Monday July 14 between 9 am and 4 pm to take down tents and clean up the grounds. This position requires some strength and mobility.

Beer Garden One to three people are needed to sit at a table outside the beer garden and take cash in return for tickets, verify age and stamp those who look young, and counting cash and trading for clean register with accounting representative. This person must be over age 21. Shifts begin at noon each day and continue until midnight Friday and Saturday but only until 6PM on Sunday.

We provide free parking and a shuttle from the free parking lot to the fair site for all volunteers. We will have a special tent reserved for fair volunteers throughout the fair where you can take a break. get a drink or snack. This is also where you check in and out from your volunteer shift. Each volunteer gets an arm band on the day they volunteer which will allow them to see the Agri-vision shows and all vendor booths and entertainment. If you volunteer one of the days which the fair is not running please schedule a day when you would like to come in to the fair with the volunteer coordinator.
