Vendor Check-In One or two volunteers sit at a table checking in (and out) fair vendor personnel beginning the day before the fair opens and every day of the fair.

Volunteer Check-In One person relieves the Volunteer Coordinator by sitting at a table and checks volunteers in when they arrive to work a shift.

Set-Up Ten people are needed for six hour shifts on opening day to set up tents and other logistics. Requires physical mobility and dexterity.

Take-Down Ten people are needed the day after the fair from 9 am to 4 pm to take down tents and clean up the grounds. This position requires some strength and mobility.

Beer Garden One to three people are needed to sit at a table outside the beer garden and take cash in return for tickets, verify age and stamp those who look young, and counting cash and trading for clean register with accounting representative. This person must be over age 21. Shifts begin at noon each day and continue until midnight.

Field Games Volunteers are needed to operate our field games, we need people to take tickets, give out prizes, run and supervise the events.

Carnival Games Volunteers are needed to operate our carnival games, we need people to take tickets, give out prizes, run and supervise the events.

General Volunteers are needed all over the fairgrounds just to assist with everything.

We will have a special tent reserved for fair volunteers throughout the fair where you can take a break. get a drink or snack. This is also where you check in and out from your volunteer shift. Each volunteer gets an identification tag on the day they volunteer.
