DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT and SERVICES

Please list products, food items or services you are interested in selling, promoting or displaying. Be specific as all items are required to be listed on the contract. We reserve the right to terminate the sale or display of offensive material as deemed so by Fair Management. (Exhibitors: Include brand names. Concessionaires: You will be required to provide a complete menu and prices prior to final acceptance.) Your acceptance is conditional. KPFA reserves the right to limit the number of concessionaires offering the same/similar food.

Price includes two admission passes for the fair which will be available for pick up at the Vendor admission gate.

Informational Booths are for vendors providing information only.
Commercial Booths are intended for vendors selling product. Proceeds to be paid at fair end.

If you need more than one booth, please fill out one application per booth.

FRIEND of the FAIR

Must be reserved prior to the fair.
All vendors will be charged $25 per 20 amp service. Any other service requires KPFA approval.
You must furnish your own distribution box to split the 20 amp service drop.

LEGAL

I understand that this contract is subject to the exclusive approval of the Key Peninsula Community Fair Association and may be rejected for any reason.

I have read, understand and retained a copy of the Vendor Contract Terms which constitutes a part of this contract.

I understand that under WA State Law, the payment authorization, filling out, and submitting of this on-line registration form constitutes a legally binding contract subject to the acceptance of the Key Peninsula Community Fair Association.

I understand that the KPCF has taken reasonable measures to ensure the safety and security of my information. I agree that by proceeding, I am doing so at my own risk. I further understand that the options of concluding this transaction via US Mail, telephone, and/or other methods are available.
