All bottles must appear sterile and be totally free of any commercial label, or they will not be accepted for entry. b. The entrants personal generic or decorative label (e.g. "Fred's Red") may be affixed to both entry bottles.. One of these bottles is the display bottle that will be exhibited at the wine contest booth. The other bottle is the judging bottle. Bottles bearing any previous commercial label will not be accepted as the unlabeled bottle Fair staff will affix a generic label to this bottle and then place it in a generic paper bag. Both labels and bags will be provided by Fair staff. This is the test bottle and as a condition of entry, the entrant agrees that this bottle may be opened and tasted/tested. c. The display (one of two bottles making up an entry) must be picked up on Sunday July 13 no earlier than 4:30 p.m. or later than 7:30 p.m. As a condition of entry, each entrant agrees that display wine still on hand after 7:30 p.m. will become the property of the Key Peninsula Community Fair and entrants are advised that all wines (bottles and contents) left after 7:30 p.m. will disposed of by Fair staff. The opened bottle (judging bottle) will not be returned. d. The kind of wine (the particular ingredient e.g. grape, not the wine's name) must be disclosed on the entry form. If the wine is a blend of ingredients, e.g. grape and apple, all ingredients must be listed in order of their percentage. If any bottle, in the opinion of the judges, contains anything other than the wine ingredients specified by the entrant, the entry will be disqualified by the judges or transferred to the "general" category, as the judges elect. e. Entrants are responsible for determining the specific gravity of each wine entered and entering the wine in the appropriate class before delivering the wine to Fair staff. Specific gravity must be included on the entry form and will be reported by Fair staff, on the entry label prepared by Fair staff, in the manner reported by each entrant. Wines entered in the wrong class, based on such additional specific gravity testing as the judges may choose to do, will be treated as entered in the "general" category and judged as such. Entrants who either fail to report specific gravity on the entry form or choose not to test for specific gravity will be deemed to have entered their wine in the "general" category. 5.
