AGRI-VISION

Join in the fun in our "AgriVision" area.
AgriVision is dedicated to the sprit of agriculture on the Key
Peninsula. Following are just some of the highlights:
- This year we are bringing in an old fashioned Farmers Market on Saturday.
See local artisans and craftsman. Buy locally grown
fruits and vegetables. SORRY, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
-
KIDS catch a trout at the ol' fishin hole. You can keep it
or toss it back. Why we'll even put it on ice for you until
your ready to go home with your catch. Don't forget to get a
picture of yourself and your trophy catch!
-
KIDS
The Key Peninsula wants to see what’s growing! Any plant is accepted,
in
any kind
of container. If you have a sunflower growing in a bucket, bring
it. If you have a petunia growing in a pot, bring it. If you are sprouting
an avocado seed, bring it. All offerings will be tastefully displayed with
child’s name and age. You will be able to take your plant home at the end of
the fair. Bring your plants any time during the fair.
Also accepted: Any type of cut flowers. They will be displayed in
containers provided at the AgriVision Site.
Any entry of fruit or vegetable will also be displayed.
Any child up to age 13 may participate. Join the fun and let others see your green thumb. The more the merrier!
-
Kids will be able to see all kinds of farm animals up close and personal
at the Petting Zoo.
-
We have a covered quiet area for Kids (and parents) to relax and partake
in a variety of hands on activities, including a coloring contest, and
stuff to paint.
-
Amateur wine makers are invited to enter their wines, which will be
judged by the Puget Sound Amateur Beer and Wine Making Club. Entrance
forms and Rules are found using the link on the left
