We offer two ways to sign up for Keys Got Talent.

CLICK HERE to download our complete contestant package including a sign-up form, welcome letter, rules, and a page judges tips and scoring criteria. Then complete and return by US Mail.

  • All members of a Duet, Trio, Quartet, or Group must submit a sign up form.
  • Minors under the age of 18 will need parental consent.  If the sign up sheet below is on behalf of a minor, parents/guardians will be contacted with more info.
